Jumping Club is HYO Taekwondo’s unique jump rope program designed to go beyond simple fitness, making exercise fun, creative, and highly effective.
Students learn rhythmic jump rope techniques to upbeat music, improving agility, stamina, and confidence while having a great time.
Jumping rope is proven to promote gross and fine motor skill development, boost cardiovascular endurance, and enhance focus — all essential for growing children.
By combining music with movement, we help students develop a lifelong love for healthy activity.
